✔ Amazon Marketplace Exclusivity – The only other seller should be you (the brand/manufacturer).
✔ Ideally, products should already be barcoded with unique UPCs.
✔ 30-45 day payment terms.
✔ Individually packaged products, organized by master case or carton.
✔ No minimum orders (aside from case pack quantities) or monthly commitments.
✔ Supplier accepts credit card payments without additional fees (including American Express).
